N1X — Nexus for Intelligence & Exploration

Trust & compliance

Clarity before commitment.

Service boundaries, regulatory context and the information that matters to enterprise decisions.

Electronic signing & Indian law

Section 5 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 provides for legal recognition of qualifying electronic signatures. Applicability depends on the signature method, document type, exclusions and authorised service arrangements. N1X is not UIDAI or a Certifying Authority in its own right.

Privacy & data protection

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules form part of the Indian privacy framework. Review the relevant platform terms for processing purposes and user rights. This page does not certify legal compliance or independently audit platform practices.

Digital evidence, not statutory registration

NCEB describes SHA-256 file fingerprinting and Ed25519-signed timestamp records. A receipt is private evidence, not copyright registration; it does not itself establish authorship or ownership. Legal weight is determined by the relevant court or authority.

Security due diligence

Hosting locations, data residency, retention schedules, encryption configurations and independent certifications should be confirmed for the specific service before procurement. No ISO, SOC 2, India-only hosting or TLS-version certification is asserted here.
